In addition to the history of Mount Gradowa, the animations also talk about the functions of each building – from them, we'll find out what the caponier was used for, the difference between a réduit and a redoubt, as well as the hidden history that belies the massive Mortar Battery buttresses. The exhibition’s main attractions are tactile bronze models featuring, among others, the entire Hevelianum Centre area, a panorama of the city, and a Full Plastic portrait of Johannes Hevelius. Among the unusual attractions is a meeting with the spirit of the fort, which awaits all visitors to the exhibition.
"No Barriers Hevelianum" allows you to explore Mount Gradowa in many ways. It also helps people with sight impairment "see" what has so far remained inaccessible to them. The space is accessible to persons with disability - equipped with handrails to facilitate movement and 3-D models with Braille tablets. Meanwhile, the animated movies have a soundtrack which also provides an audio description.
The exhibition is located in the Ammunition Laboratory No. 3 near the main square of the fort (the maidan).
